We work side-by-side your home designer and interior designer to make sure that the design process fits within your budget and timeliness in order to ensure your build happens on time and on budget without any surprises along the way.

Proposal
We develop a proposal and contract which is submitted to you for review, approval, and agreement. Contracts are signed and the build begins.

Construction & Development
The building process begins with constant communication between Jay and your interior designer to make sure that you are happy and informed as the process goes along.
